Meet the Team

Trent was born and raised in the North Texas area. Living in Frisco from the time he was born, and moving to Celina in 1994, he had a front-row seat to all the growth a small town can see in a short period of time. He was always fascinated by the development of properties and the construction that goes along with them. After graduating high school at Celina in 1999, Trent went on to earn a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University. He followed his older brother into the coaching world and spent the next several years teaching mathematics and coaching football and track at Liberty Christian School in Argyle, TX. The fascination with land and development never left him, so in 2008, he went on to get his real estate license and later made the move to full-time real estate. Trent has really enjoyed helping people navigate all the obstacles that go along with their real estate projects and helping find solutions to problems that arise along the way. In 2021, he co-founded a construction company, Elevated Property Builders, to help expand the services offered by the Elevated Properties family. EPB offers all types of construction, from remodels and renovations to full ground-up custom builds. Trent married his college sweetheart, Courtney, in 2004 and is the proud father of their three children: Madison, Cooper, and Karsyn. Outside of the office, Trent loves spending time with friends and family, serving in his church, coaching his kids’ sports teams, playing his guitar, and going hunting and fishing.
